What process do you use to dye your fabric?
I use Procion MX fiber-reactive dyes and a low-water immersion method for dyeing. Procion MX is the industry standard for natural fabrics, and produces deep, vibrant colors which are 99% colorfast and long-lasting.

Are all your fabrics colorfast?
While all pieces have all been washed and rinsed extensively after dyeing, colorfastness is not guaranteed, and I strongly recommend that you rinse your fabric before stitching on it. This is especially true for darker fabrics.

How accurate are the fabric colors on the website?
This actually depends on your monitor. They're very accurate on MY monitor, but may be less so on yours.

What is your return policy?
I offer a 100% refund (less shipping) within the first 14 days if you are not satisfied with your fabric. Because monitors vary widely, it's quite possible that a fabric you thought was 'perfect' will not actually work for your project, and you are welcome to return it if this is the case. However, the fabric must be returned in its original condition. In the event that you are sent the wrong fabric, I will refund the shipping cost as well.
